Routine Maintenence

My computer says that Routine Maintenece is going on. All last nite, all day and still doing it. I did not see anyone else saying anything. I always (most of the time) order on line, and cannot do it, so I call to order. I cannot even put anything in my cart to check out. Can someone help me to see if this is going on everyone's online ordering? Thanks!!!
