I thought it was just me
I don’t order gifts anymore
They never arrive in time
My packages seem to be in NC for days, then in NJ
I’m in NYC
Very frustrating

Methinks they want you to pay expedited shipping in order to recieve in "REAL" time.  I also think unless they step it up it will be part of the downfall...cause there's always Amazon.

Macy's shipping has always been spot on, recieve within days and free shipping is pretty much a given.

I agree - I used to get my items within a week - now I get notices that my orders have been delayed, and it takes like 12 - 15 days to receive things!  I don’t know what is going on.  With their increased shipping charges, one would think delivery would be about the same.  However - maybe it is the post office - the most hateful of all delivery options!  So - wonder what is up?  Very annoying to say the least.
