Re: Ridiculous "In Process" Orders

I just called Customer Service again second day in a row because I noticed my waitlist order for Kirks Folly reading glasses completely disappeared from the Order Status system. Was told the order was canceled and a letter was sent to me yesterday via USPS and should receive it in approximately ten days. I would not have had to wait on hold for more then five minutes if it had been posted in Order Status as canceled. Really don’t understand what is going on with this company.

One of the reasons Amazon is so much better is because they hire young highly educated “forward thinking” people. Personally know two young people who recently graduated with PHD’s and are now working in the Amazon Seattle offices IT department.
