So, I saw a handbag that I wanted to order. Darn, the color that I want is on waitlist. I go ahead and place the order. 20-30 minutes later, I look at the page for the bag again and the color I want is available now. My first order is still showing as on waitlist. Hmmmm.... I want this bag for a trip I'm going on in a couple weeks so I go ahead and place another order for the same bag in the same color and it immediately goes into "in process". Great! For grins, I keep the original order. It's been three days now and the second order has shipped and the first is still on waitlist. The product page is currently showing the color on waitlist.
What happened here?
FTR, I'm not going to cancel the first order until 1 of 2 things happen. 1. The bag arrives and I see it is actually the bag in the color I wanted. 2. The order goes into processing.
