Rick does get wound up at times, but I especially like him with Valerie.

Try Rachel and Alberti.....they are a comedy act and make anyone a sleeper.  I like Rick.  You know he is selling but he is doable

I enjoy Rick and especially with the food shows.

I also like him with Valerie, although he has no design sense like Alberti....still, he is delightful.

@Regal Bee. Alberti is drawn toward modernism and mercury glass. I like a country inspired decor. Not a fan of Alberti at all.

@Reever  Please reread my comment. I made NO mention of what Alberti is drawn to. I commented about his design sense (his talent, his design abilities). I have seen pictures of his home and they are impressive.

When Dan presents Mercury glass......how do you feel about that?

No wonder QVC wants to get rid of these forums!  They have to monitor so many negative messages about hosts.  However, nice that some people give more positive reviews.  Like a person...great!  Don't like...ok...move on. This is another old thread.  Why?

@Regal Bee I enjoy cozy country living. Albertis modernism is a turn off. Its chilly and unappealing. His sense of style reminds me of a high rise metropolitan condo not a home.

I used to enjoy Rick, he was funny and always prepared. However, I caught him presenting a recent TSV (sorry, can't remember which one), and OMG, if I closed my eyes I would think it was a very bad infomercial - talked WAY too fast and brought hyper to a new level! Maybe he drinks too much coffee? Maybe he doesn't realize it, perhaps he should watch some tapes of himself, he just needs to calm down! He's way too talented a salesperson!

I highly doubt that those who have to "budget and save to put food on the table" are eligible for food stamps or living in a shelter.

Someone who really is having a hard time would not have a computer or be able to pay for internet. I know having internet and a computer is not anywhere near the bottom of poor me I have to "budget and save".

Comparing anyone's circumstances to the hosts doesn't do any good. It's not like they sit back doing nothing.

I know I wouldn't want or be able to do the job the hosts do most every day so they probably do earn what they get. I don't think it is an easy job even though they might enjoy it.
