I bought a Dyson for which I spent $500. It does not work properly and I am sending it back. I took it to an authorized Dyson retailer and the manager told me the bristles are not sufficient to do the job (so much for their live demonstrations) I need it for which is to pick up pet hair. I wrote an honest review and it has not been posted. I am not surprised.
