Bought an Isaac top. The small fit weirdly and I really loved the look of it on TV so instead of doing an exchange (thought it could sell out) I ordered a medium. It looked just as weird. I’m being charged the $10 shipping fees for both. I have a few items coming to me but after I decide on those I’m pretty much finished. I’m not going to make QVC richer and pay salaries of hosts who never do anything but show colors. ( there are a few exceptions). I would rather keep my favorite B&M store in business. Denim & Company is the only brand I really love at this point.

I am back to just ordering Dr Denese.  I know what I am getting each time and delivery is super fast.

I ordered a ring, returned it.  I ordered then canceled bedroom slippers - sent in error, returned.

Returned for an exchange - a Barbara Bixby ring which is now on the waitlist - so who knows if I will get my exchange ring.

The products I do order are things I cannot get in my shopping-friendly neighborhood.  TJMaxx, Marshalls,

Nordstrom is all within walking distance.

The torture.

@misschristy    I buy so little here or locally that I buy only what I really like and need.

No matter where I look, I don't like the styles or colors of  every thing nor do I find  every thing to be of the quality I am seeking.

Even in the years I was spending much more with QVC, I bought only a few of their clothes and little of their decor.  I bought my first Isaac items this year, 2 of them.  I was lucky -  good quality, good fit for me, and colors I didn't have already.  I also found a perfect for me Susan top.  I don't expect to buy any clothes at all for the next months.

I'm still shopping QVC, just not out of control the way I once did.   I rarely watch for more than the length of a commercial I can't stand.

@misschristy @Cookie2025 ................It seems as if it would benefit both of if to chose another shopping venue.

I only shop on free shipping days. If I have to return, I'm only out the return shipping fee. I rarely shop otherwise unless it's something I really, really, really want or need--which is very rare on QVC. I shop from my wish list. If something sells out before then, oh well. Didn't need it anyway.

You placed 2 separate orders and have 2 returns. I'm curious as to why you think you wouldn't have 2 return shipping charges? You knew you would have 1 return shipping charge from the first top; what did you think would happen if the second top didn't fit? 🤔

@Cookie2025  I prefer to shop B&M  and online. I only shop Q for Isaac tees and BD if on clearance prices. I can even find NYDJ at Nord. Rack at a much better price (like 1/2).

I just got the last thing i ordered yesterday --so i am done with all ordering. If i need to return, it will be in January---it takes so long to get the refunds--unless the item goes back to the warehouse here on the west coast--that goes much faster for me.

I am also tired of the return charges.  But because I am a frequent shopper at the Q,  I usually hold my returns for a couple of weeks and return them all in one package.  For some reason many shoppers think you can only return items in the original box or bag.  I just put all returns on one larger box or shipping bag and I usually return this package thru UPS not USPS and it is a lot cheaper. Smiley LOL Also, if you have the ability to print return labels on your home computer there is usually a coupon code for UPS shipping thru Retail Me Not which really discounts the shipping fees.

I have been doing this for years.  QVC makes MILLIONS off of the $6.95 return fees.
