Has QVC always returned items if you miss the 30 day deadline precisely, or do they allow a few days grace time?  

I ask because so many of you mention getting items back and I don't  recall hearing of ppl getting returned items back like this before..(.and I know Covid has slowed things down. )   I know HSN is strict even if you miss by one day.

It's 30 days from the day you receive it.  I've never missed the deadline on my returns, so I don't know what they do.  I would call CS or post in Customer Care.  A moderator would answer your concerns.

I can't believe QVC would split hairs on return dates after the way they've jerked us around the past year, especially the last six months.  That takes a lot of nerve.

Once, I realized my return would be a few days late so I called CS and they ok'd it.  Since CS is difficult to reach, you might post a request in Customer Care so the mods can note your return.
