I just had a depressing thought. I just dropped off 2 items at the post office going back to Ontario as returns.  I hope the process of getting my credits for those aren't as lengthy as the shipping out is these days.  That location is just a disaster.   ¯\_( ͠° ͟ل͜ ͡°)_/¯

Send an email to QVC easy returns give them the order# item# and tell them how you want to be refunded and within a few days you will get an email telling you they refunded you.  I do it all the time and it's much faster than waiting for the warehouse to receive it.

@Pecky   That's interesting because I returned an item to HSN and posted here that although HSN acknowledged that the return was on the way, I still had to wait close to 2 weeks for my refund.  People on these forums pointed out that HSN was correct in waiting to get the item because the package may have been empty!!  I think you were lucky or QVC is more trusting--LOL!!

I had a return that was processed through Ontario, CA. My experience was great.

I started the return from my order detail page, printed out the return label and dropped the package off at the post office on July 3th. It was delivered to Ontario on July 9th. My actual refund was given on July 5th, 4 days before being delivered to Ontario by their "agent".

The worst return processing time I’ve ever dealt with is Sundance Catalog. I returned a ring- took way over a month to process my return, 32 days to be exact Even then. I had to call them and go thru the entire return process, telling them that I still hadn’t received my refund. I stayed very diligent about it bc it was a ring and things like that can get lost or misplaced easily.

@Glitter51 I had the exact same issue.  They kept telling me they had so many days to issue my refund and I wasn't there yet.  I proceeded to tell them that they received it 2 1/2 weeks ago.  I will never order from them again.

@kaydee50 Maybe more trusting, but if they don't receive it they will charge you back for it.

@Pecky- yeah, they told me it takes up to 2 weeks to issue a refund. I told them it had been a month. I know that if I hadn’t been diligent about making sure I got my refund- I’d still be waiting. I won’t order from them anymore either!! Too risky

They have had more than enough time to fix things at Ontario but haven't.
