I'm so grateful, my returns (4) have been processed and removed from Easy pay in less than 2 weeks. After reading so many stories on the forum I was a bit uneasy. I received the email for each item this morning stating my account would be credited shortly. Thank you, QVC!

That's an encouraging sign .....perhaps.they've figured out one 'snag' in the
return / credit problem.
I have one missing in action package. (month or more)

Wish I could say the same thing. Having total hell getting them to process a return. Item was returned right away. Been over two 1/2 weeks and it's still showing up in Easy Pay. In three days, they will hit my account again to pay for the item. I don't think I will order anything again on Easy Pay if it takes a long time to get your money back.
