I returned 2 items. No info available at this time. I know there is an avalanche of pkg moving now.  Returns will be a flood also.  I guess patience will be needed and twice as annoying as no info is there.

Re: Returns patience needed

[ Edited ]

I returned 2 items in one box on December 13th. I received an email this morning that my return was received and my refund has been processed.]

Edited to add I used the Q return label.

I always return on my own dime.  After my package reaches QVC, it takes 6 to 7 days for my refund at this time of year.

If you used the Q label, you can see tracking in your account.  Go into your account, click into the item that was returned.  Go into the order itself.  On the right side it says return tracking or something similar, click on it.  I've never had it show no tracking.  It shows when it was initially scanned and all movements there after.

I'm curious what returns will be like after Christmas? I've never returned that time of year that I remember. I do have something to send back this week & not sure what to expect other than to be patient. 😽

No complaints on QVC’s returns/refunds, as it usually only takes about a week, 10 days at best, but thats the longest time.

I received an e-mail notice on the 7th that my return was on it's way back.  Tracking shows it was received in Rocky Mtn. N. C on the 14th. No credit back yet.

I use the qvc return label. all it says is "no information is available' after I dropped it off at post office.

That has happened to me many times, I don't know if it's where you live that mail passes more slowly or what. If you use the Q label they will make it right with you after 3 weeks, sometimes things get lost. CS told me you must wait 14 days excluding weekends and holidays for returns to go through. I have had to call CS more than once about returns that never went through for some reason and I have always gotten my refund.

I never use the return labels unless I'm returning a bigger item.  I print priority mail labels with free tracking/delivery confirmation online for less than the label costs.

Anyway, I sent a return back and they received it on Dec 7th.  I called on Dec 14th and gave them tracking info and CS processed it while we were on the phone.  I really appreciated it.
