Returns change up…no codes

As of this morning, I am finding no return codes offered!

Instead, QVC is offering a label one can print.

I have no printer...

I have relied on codes for my returns.

This puts a major time wrench in my procedure for buying/returning.

I will try again in a little while to see if this is now the new procedure.

@LTT1 ..........I know it would be a pain but can you hand write a label?

I think customer service can mail you a return label.

One more thought.  My dd gets returns info on her phone via text.  Maybe the Q would do that and you just show your phone?  Longshot I am sure.

That's odd.  I still have the option for a drop off code.

UPS will print a label for you. Just show them what the Q sent you and they will print and ship.

This is what I usually do...

I have my UPS store print a label for me by logging into their internet and emailing the label to them.

The easier way for me is to get a code and show that code to them, which is on my phone.

Then it's DONE! 😊
