        Due to the delayed shipping issues this year I returned some Christmas items by UPS last Monday. I received my credits by Friday. It was more expensive but I don't have to keep checking to see if they were received by QVC or traveling around the country before they land at their destination. One less thing for me to be concerned about.

I received an email from QVC to use Easy Return for returns to be processed faster. Using it, I sent back three items USPS, and they were processed the same day. If you didn't get the email, Customer Service should be able to provide directions. Hth...
