I think QVC makes a great deal of money on returns.  if you use the prepaid label of $6.95 they in turn deduct the $6.95 plus the original shipping charge and you just lost a bunch of money.  Postage has gone up substantially and I avoid shipping anything out because of it.  At one time you could return and use the P.O. and save money but not anymore.  And, the exchange option never works.  I used it recently and I was given a credit instead when the product was available.  And, yes, always check your credit amount received from the Q.

I THINK QVC REFUNDS ARE SLOW. UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY A BUNCH OF MONEY THEIR SHIPPING IS SLOW ALSO. I'M GETTING BURNT OUT ON QVC. LAST NIGHT AND TODAY THEIR COMPUTERS ARE DOWN ALONG WITH THEIR PHONES. THE THINGS I ORDERED ARE NOT UNDER MY ORDER STATUS, I'LL RATHER GO WITHOUT THAN TO HASSLE WITH QVC ANYMORE. I NOTED MANY PEOPLE ARE DONE WITH THEM ALSO. OH, PLUS THEY HAVE CHANGED THIER MEASUREMENTS ON CLOTHES. THE SIZING GUIDES ARE OFF.
