Returns Received by QVC, but not Processed by 1-31-11

I sent back by UPS a couple of items qualified for complete refund prior to Jan. 31. They arrived last week on Jan 26. They have not been processed as of yet. Will I still get a full refund including S & H. If I do not, I will be furious.
