I placed a phone order with QVC in early March. I read horrible reviews about the product and was experiencing some difficulty myself. I contacted QVC Customer Service and asked exactly how long I had to evaluate this product - not once but 2 times. The second representative suggested that I order the same product again so that I can have it in time for my trip and that I can return the original shipment. The replacement product arrived 3 days prior to my trip and I returned the original shipment when I returned. I did not use the Q Return Label, but rather paid for my own return shipping.

Received a letter from QVC today stating that they received my return and issued a refund in the original pymt. method. "if a Q return label was used for your return the return shipping fee was deducted from the refund total". I did not use a Q Return label...

They deducted $3.97 from my refund amount. I called CS today and was told that since the return was received just over 30 days that they deducted the ORIGINAL SHIPPING AMOUNT (THAT I PAID FOR). CS states that it is printed all over the internet and my receipt as well. I have yet to find this penalty disclosure. CS also states that while agents do give advice, it is not always accurate.

I've been on the phone with QVC CS on and off for over 1 hour - customers have choices and I no longer choose to do business with companies with 'implied consent'.
