I have returned multiple items in one package many times. Never had an issue.

The quote you mentioned didn't say you can't send purchases together when returning, it only said they discourage it and gave their reasons for their response.

@sunsetbeach Oh that's crazy stuff! One day they say YES return multiples in one package. It's a-ok. The next day they tell you no don't d o that, it makes us crazy!!!
Here's what I know - YesI do send back one, two, even three items in one package. These of course are all clothing items. They ALL go to the same return address, same warehouse. I do not and would not mix apples with oranges in one package, that I know not to do.
However, I do believe they charge return s/h to each item IF INDEED they were sent to me with separate order numbers as I bought them. I DO make certain I have a return slip attached to each item with my reason for returning and how I prefer my refund ie credit my card or give m merch credit. I rarely do merch credit because it's to hard to keep track of, did I get it and exactly how much.

True, but the "strongly" was kind off putting to me. Not sure what I'm going to do at this point except buy less clothig on the Q. I've never combined orders in a return, but in this case I thought I would. Oh well.

AMEN Kathy @KathyM23 They DO NEED to practice what they preach.
We order just like you do, same item same order number, different colors. They encourage us to do that - spend more money, you'll be sorry later when you love it but didn't buy more than one.
And then what happens? They send out the items at different times in different bags!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What's up with this???? They're pulling the goods in the same warehouse, the same item groupings. Why can't we get what we ordered under the same order number same size, just diff colors but we don't get the goods in one bag?????
And now they're telling us if we return, send them back in separate bags? WHY???? They were ordered in the same order, same order number.
It's no wonder we as the shoppers can't keep track of their rules that they change daily.. Maybe Wayne cs rep should check again the rules of their game here.

S/h charges are a money maker for QVC. Of course, they want you to use separate labels. As long as the items are being returned to the same address, I see no problem with putting them all in one package.

Thank you, the way you do it makes alot of sense. These are indeed clothing items being returned to the same warehouse. The only reason it is 3 orders is because it was 2 Logo tops and then I got the matching tanks to wear with them, which are too short. I was so bummed about the situation I decided to return them. I don't know, I'm just not happy right now but thank you again for taking the time to respond. ![]()

huh interesting. I have mulitple items to ship back (they didn't fit) and I am shipping them on MY $$ back to QVC in one box. No way I'm paying for each one separately. I put a list with order #'s in the box and have a copy for myself so I can make sure they are all credited to my account.
Since they aren't sending return labels in each item these days and I don't want to use one of those labels that I do have since they may only scan the one item in then I'll jsut have to keep an eye on it.

I've been sending multiple orders in one package, I just email the social team. I give them the order numbers, the name of the items, and also the tracking number from the prepaid label. I've never had a problem.
