Any clothing I buy from QVC I always wash and dry per garment instructions Prior To wearing.  It it shrinks, fades, wrinkles etc....back it goes.

@Hooty@My response wasn't to criticize you but I don't like that QVC sells clothing that's been returned cleaned & then sold as new. I have no idea if it was cleaned according to instructions or if the way it was cleaned caused it to shrink... that's all I'm saying. When I return an item that has been damaged in shipping I write that on the box so it doesn't get sold to someone else & they are disappointed....I'd do the same if I ever returned clothing I cleaned. I'm not sure what the common sense comment is about but my post wasn't meant to be unkind to you in any way.

Yes. Sometimes you don't know if a garment is good for you until it's washed and dried.

Sometimes Q returns are sold via E-Bay.   Also, I purchased a jewelry item thru Ebay ... it appeared to come from "the QVC Outlet Store" from the way the price tag was marked.

They sell dryer sheets that take out wrinkles, I purchased them and they work very well.

Yes, you can return it.  Just mark it defective so they don't resell it.
