Return shipping label and shipping charge

I ordered two sets of 4 Primular Insulated Tumblers. I  thought they'd make nice gifts. They arrived today, one large box with two boxes of tumblers inside.

They took so long to come, I forgot i ordered them! I decided to keep one box and return the other box.

The return label showed I paid $5.95 for delivery. The return label showed $11.95.

I was returning half of the delivery. They should have sent two separate return labels but only sent one.

So, I wound up spending $11.95 to return the one box.

Their shipping charges are terrible. I don't mind paying one way but it is so expensive if you have to return something.

Re: Return shipping label and shipping charge

In your case, I would have used the   option " pay my own return shipping  " via Priority mail in a smaller box .

@Ceci contact the Mods and they will adjust the return shipping. Return shipping charges are determined by weight so since your return weighs less than your original order your charges will be less:

How much does it cost to use the Q Return Label?

Q Return Label fees are deducted from your refund and are based on the original weight of your item in its original packaging. Q Return Label costs are subject to change at any time, without prior notification. Restrictions and limitations may apply.

0 to 5 lbs: $6.95

5.01 to 10 lbs: $8.95

10.01 to 150 lbs: $10.95

Thats strange because I returned mine because it didn't keep anything warm for more than 10 minutes and my return label was $6.95

@Pecky 6.95 is the correct amount for one set of the tumblers if you use the Q return label.

Re: Return shipping label and shipping charge

Shipping costs have gotten ridiculous!  I'm careful when ordering online because there is so much competition on pricing, shipping cost or not.  I've even dealt with some retailers who offer free shipping on returns.  My biggest complaint right now is the unpredictibility of the time frame on shipping.  I've had several items sitting at a postal facility for days.  It's really turning me off on ordering or shipping anything.  My latest was sending a small box of fudge.  I paid 11.00, which was the lowest price available, but it included tracking with a 3 day ship.  That was over a week ago, and the tracking stopped when the delay message was posted.  I just know some postal employee is eating my fudge!!  Ugh!

I bought the tumblers  and mine  work well . I bought coffee at Panera and used  my tumbler. I ran errands over 1 hr  , leaving my tumbler in my cold car . M coffee was still pretty hot by the time I drank the rest of it . I did not that the lid has to be tightly screwed on to get a good seal for things to remain hot.

@MomCat. That's really not funny.  Thousands of people have gotten delay notices and they didnt order fudge or find it necessary to infer USPS employees are stealing.
