QVC should break their shipping contract with their exhisting company because customers can NOT get a timely return when using Their labels. I returned 2 things on Sept 20th and today is Oct 8 and they are still not delivered to QVC. I have voiced my opinion to no avail. This makes me shop less.......

Um, I think your math is a little off.
There are only 30 days in September, so if you mailed it back on the 20th, that means that it took the last 10 days, plus the 8 days in October.
10 + 8 = 18, not 26.

How were they returned, if you use the QVC label the Post Office shares part of the blame

I don't think the post office shares part of the blame. You drop off at the post office to get a receipt or just drop in the mail but the post office is just a holding place until the shipping company comes to pick up the returns. At a small post office the shipping company picks up at the post office less often and does not pick up everyday at any post office. Post Office has no control when the shipping company picks up to return to QVC.

isn't a receipt from the post office sufficient for proof of return

If a customer has a receipt from the post office, that will be accepted as proof of return.

Thank you Beth for your reply but I already called and hopefully got the proper credit. FYI the shoes in question still show "Status Unavailable." 10/9/2017
This is an on going problem for me now that I live back in AZ and my returns go to Sparks. I used QVC's provided return .
Ok, I may have made a mistake in counting the days that my package is MIA but I wish Plaid Pants would find something else to do besides write on what I post. Your comments usually show that you misunderstand whatever is written and have no constructive relivence whatsoever.
The shipping company is the worst I've ever experienced from any company! QVC, can you solve this problem?

@Jackhound Mom "Plaid" never misses an opportunity to draw attention to herself instead of solving the issue at hand. This superiority makes some people feel good about themselves; albeit it proves they are simply obtuse.
