Personally, I hope Mary Beth never retires as she has always been my favorite.  She asks just the right questions, listens to people, never interupts and brings up great points and often adds a quick personal story relating to the product. She also seems to have a lot of fun, is well-prepared, interested & is just like someone you would know.  Love her!
