Remember, before FFANY, the cosmetics BC shows?

I don't know if manufacturers still make a number of cosmetic products specially made/decorated for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  But I really like watching them and buying the products every year.  I have found a couple items at other retailers this year, but this is one of the "old days" offerings I miss.

To refer to any type of cancer as "trendy" is very offensive to anyone who has experienced the horror of a cancer diagnosis or who has fought alongside a loved one battling cancer. NO cancer is "trendy" and maybe you should consider the fact that sometimes these "silly" things, as you refer to them, are the only way that people can show their support and offer encouragement, two things that are extremely important to anyone battling cancer!
