Just got my first "rejected product review" and I have no idea why. I received a Honora item that not only was not how it appeared on television ( very dull) but had beads falling off of it before I even put it on. I said nothing in my review that wasn't true.
How can customers rely on reviews when it seems the Q is rejecting negative ones. I have been mostly happy with my QVC purchases over the last 6 years, and have written many postive product reviews, that of course were all acceopted. But, I am rethinking remaining a customer. I want to have confidence in the products I am purchasing and rely heavily on customer reviews. And, frankly I am insulted to have received their "reject" e-mail.
Wondering how many others have received this e-mail and did you rewrite/submit your review or just forget it?
