Has anyone noticed that returns and refunds are being processed much more quickly than in the past?  I took a return to the USPS on Friday and by the following Wednesday, the credits were already posted to my credit card account.  Maybe QVC is finally listening to us about refunds taking weeks to process?  I've found sending refunds back via USPS rather than UPS seem to process faster and hit my account sooner.

Yes, I have noticed!

However, returns asking for even exchange are STILL handled incorrectly.

Never get the new size/color even if it is still avail....they credit me instead BUT deduct the label fee which they shouldn't.

If I Really want an even exchange, I call CS and have them place an order.

Yes they are being processed faster - I've definitely noticed.

That being said though not all are and you still have to be careful if you use easy pay - check and make sure the payments have stopped.

Yes I have noticed faster refunds.   The only real gripe I have with the refund process is the breakdown or lack there of.   I can't remember how many easy pays I selected for an item and the refund breakdown doesn't tell you so I can't really verify the refund without knowing what the easy pay amount was.

I typically don't return things.  Watch what I purchase since my needs are much less now.  I had a defective item, returned with their label provided.  It took 10 days to get from PA to SC.  I guess, lowest, cheapest, slowest service used.  Sat in Pa 5 or 6 days.  I did get the full refund within 6 days of receipt.  I don't use easy pay.  I actually thought the refund would take longer.   The social team is the best.

Another thing - USPS has been delivering returns faster than UPS recently.
