QVC unethically likes to use our money as long as possible.
@ I imagine refund money earns interest for them. Imagine the amount of money they refund everyday. Also, wondering if they refund on certain days of the week like some places

I am waiting on a refund for an item I mailed back on 9/22, and was received by QVC on 9/27. As of now, it is still not showing as returned. The reason I haven't called CS yet is because I'm curious to see how long it will take.

That AND now I'm seeing all my refunds go to QVC credit, even though I chose refund to my original payment. My sister is seeing this too. I reached out to customer service and someone from their Finance dept is supposed to call me in 2 days. We'll see. I'm not buying anything else from QVC right now until this is resolved.

I always email QVCeasyreturns
provide all the information for the return and I get s refund before they even get the item back
used to be within a day or two from sending the email
lately it takes about 4 or 5 days

personally, I think they just need to just get their act together. A little updated technology, and they can have a refund/ return program that actually works consistently.
I ordered a large order from Fawbushes in MN a little over a week ago. I am in CA. There were 2 pricier items that didn't work out. Sunday I wrapped them up, slapped return label on them returned to UPS , as it is down the block. Pkg was sent out Monday by UPS!!! , yesterday I received email the money was back to my card. That is quick. Other places do this as well No reason QVC can step up to the plate sand do this as well without having to call them, email them. I imagine they collect a bit of interest while $$$$ sits in their acct for a month or so

UPDATE: Just spoke to two very nice reps. Kayla and a manager Jessica about this....she escalated it and I hope to hear that they are giving a refund to her in about 5 business days.
My mom returned 3 items in separate packages. One is not showing up. QVC tells me...go to the post office and talk to them!!!! NOT our issue when once it's in USPS hands how am I RESPONSIBLE??? My mom called 2 different times. The last person she spoke to, told her they had the product and the refund would be issued by today. nothing. I chatted with customer service on FB Messenger and they bascially said...tough. Told me to call and talk to a manager. I don't know why a customer service person can't escalate to a manager on their end or just TAKE CARE of the customer!!!!! The post office doesn't have any clue where my item is!!! We have been customers for OVER 30 years and I am about to send back about $700 worth of stuff that I have ordered in the past few months and my mom and sister will be too! It's sad that they cannot help. We always tell people that QVC is great and that if there's an issue they are always very helpful. Something has seriously changed and customer service seems to be lacking. Very very sad and disappointed.
