Has anyone had issues with "Refunds" on "Returns"?  I just checked my order status and I had not been issued any "Refund" from the beginning of this past "September"!  If I had not checked I wonder if I would have been refunded!  Why is it taking over a month for a refund?

They just take a long time if you use the prepaid label, its seems to take forever like 5 weeks to reach the location

@SweetSpice. If you've tracked your returns and know they've been received, call CS,  they'll verify them and can immediately issue refunds.

 

QVC unethically likes to use our money as long as possible.

I agree with @Kachina624 --I give them 2 weeks and then I will use Live Chat--if/when it works??-- and get my refund back right away.

They take forever to refund, but ever notice how fast they put a hold on your card?

There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it.
For example, I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.

Yes, I checked on the status of a return today that was sent back on 9/17 and noted my return was received on 10/3 but no refund had been processed yet. I called CS and a very nice CS rep went ahead and processed my refund.

Same.  All of my September returns were not refunded.  I had to make a master list and call Customer Service and go thru each order with them. Turns out they were all recorded as being received back by them but the refunds were not processed.  No explanation given.  Just another reason to be cautious about buying these days.

This slowness has been going on for a very long time.  I always have to call!  HSN and quick deliveries and quick refunds on returns.  Annoying to have to call every time...

In the past 3 months I have returned 3 items. Every item according to tracking was delivered 2 weeks and I received no e-mail from the Q. I had to call for each item after 2 weeks. Of course the operator is full of apologies and then takes care of the refund. The only problem is it takes another 2 weeks to show up on your statement.
