Re: Receiving Refund instead of requested Replacement Item

In addition, this is the language on the top of the return label

$6.95 will be deducted from your refund or merchandise credit, along with the original Shipping & Handling fee. Return insurance is included with the fee shown on the label. If you are returning an item because of a defect or QVC error, the original S&H will be refunded, and there is no fee for the Q RETURN LABEL.

So when they send you your order they charge you for shipping yet this label says Jon return they will charge $6.95 for the return along with the original shipping and handling which makes it sound like you're being charged twice???

@Teddixat - I agree the wording sounds confusing, but you're not being charged twice.

It simply means that, unless the item is defective (or sent the wrong item), you won't be refunded the original S&H, plus you will be charged the return shipping of $6.95.

The net effect is that you will lose the original shipping and have the return shipping deducted.

I'm sure they could find a better way to state their return policy.  It has confused a lot of customers.
