Received the wrong item

There's a ring that I have had my eye on for quite sometime. I finally ordered it. Today I received my package, but instead of my ring there was an EternaGold necklace. I am very afraid that my ring is going to be out of stock by the time the Q receives and processes the necklace I received by mistake. I will be furious if I don't get my ring. I still don't understand how this happened. I ordered a diamond ring and got a lapis necklace.

I know in the grand scheme of things that this doesn't seem important, but this year has been horrible for me so far. I just wanted to treat myself to something special.
