Received item I didn't order

Did anyone ever receive something that they didn't receive? I just got home and found a pkg. (which isn't unusual....I order almost everything from QVC!) but this item was not mine. It was Hot Rollers with clips....$103.49. My hair isn't one bit long enough for these. I called CS and was told that it came from automated ordering from my telephone number. I wasn't even home that day and my husband sure as heck never ordered them. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I thought I had seen this recently from someone else. Thank you in advance for any answer.
