Received Wrong Item, A QVC First For Me!

In all the many years I've shopped with QVC this is the first time they have ever messed up my order, but boy is it a DOOZY!!

I ordered a Dell XPS 8700 desktop that totalled over $1,000, but comparatively an awesome price for what you get, and what I received today was just a set of small desktop speakers! The manifest indicates this is shipment 1 of 1 and according to the product info this computer doesn't even come with speakers! What happened?! I was soooo excited that my PC was arriving today so you can imagine my intense frustration when the UPS guy showed up with this tiny box and NO COMPUTER! Apparently I have to wait for corporate to contact me and that can take up to 72 hours AND according to the QVC website this computer is no longer available!! I smell some BS approaching and I can only hope it won't take forever to straighten out.

Smarten up! Take yourself and your $1,000, to a store and buy a computer. You'll save yourself a lot of grief.

Did the computer come with speakers? Sometimes they will come separately.

Last week, I received a D/C top that I did not order!! Not only that, the top was ordered by someone in North Dakota...I live in Texas!! The mailing label was correct to me at my address, but the garment label was for woman in North Dakota!! Called CS and of course, sent it back. How do these mistakes happen???
