Inside was the invoice with information on it, but nothing inside. I called CS and she said that was impossible because the item is in processing. Said I had to wait 3 days and call back. In the meantime, she would send a message to shipping. I have NEVER had this happen.

Do you mean the item you ordered had fallen out or wasn't inside?

@rms1954 What does your tracking say? Highly unlikely you would have received a package that was in processing. Sounds like somebody didn't want to be bothered. I'd contact the mods at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com.
I've received several open plastic bags but by some miracle, the items were there. Then I got a sealed bag with no item in it. That was a mystery.

No item inside. It possibly could have fallen out as it was opened on the seam. It was not cut ... looks like it never sealed.

There is no tracking. Like I said, order status states "processing."

I received a brown jewelry package that had the whole one side cut, or never sealed correctly. But it still had the item inside !!! It was wide open for all to see or take.
I just thought, it also had all the info, price and everything on the receipt. I thought they stopped putting info on receipts?

I already spoke to CS. They told me it never shippped. The status is "preparing order."

So I called CS again yesterday and was told the same story. We can't do anything until the notification sent to packaging responded. Wait until Monday. I checked again today and what do you know but the item showed up as being delivered with the tracking number which matched to the label on the envelope. Called CS and was told that they were waiting for pkging to mark it as sent. They are now shipping another. I am getting a better idea of how the process works.
