RYKA- STILL WAITING!

I ordered 2 pair of the newer style Ryka clogs. Guess what - it has been 10 days and they are still sitting at the warehouse! What is wrong with the shipping at QVC? I paid full price shipping on each pair of shoes (they don't discount shipping on a 2nd pair of shoes) and I can't even get delivery in a decent amount of time! Next time I will stick with Easy Spirit-they ship within a day of the order!
