@San Antonio Gal

He mentions his wife or sons occasionally but not in a bragging way.  Other hosts mention their kids once in a while but also not in a bragging way like we should admire them!

I've never seen Rick rude to the customer callers, ever.  He jokes with them, tries to keep the call humorous, and gives them extra reverence when he realizes it's a very senior caller.  If he seems to cut them off, it's probably because the call was getting long or maudlin, and the producer in his ear said, "wrap it up."

 I so agree.  Never rude, sometimes cuts the call short when it is not adding to the presentation and I get that.  He is always polite to seniors.

Rick is one of my favorites. He is prepared, humorous and often laughs at himself, asks the right questions, and he does not seem fake. What you see is what you get with him.

So disagree. He is fast talking, yes, but the resemblance ends there.

Rick is a pro and I enjoy his presentations! I hope he's around for a long time and gets to retire on his own terms when the time comes.

Boy, Rick is really turned on tonight.. I was getting dizzy just listening to him with the vendors .. really bad tonight ...why does he act this way? .. I had to change the channel šŸ™ƒ

@January121  I actually llike Rick.  He is hyper but he does a good job describing the products.  He don't brag or run around calling everyone My Honey.  He don't brag non stop about his Family.  I will take Rick anyday over JT

The only thing they have in common is energy level.  Rick does not talk about family members in every presentation.

@San Antonio Gal   I agree, but he cracks me up at times.  People that do nothing but brag,  are trying to prove to everyone else how wonderful they are or their Family.  People that have great Families, have no reason to brag. Bragging turns people off.  That is why Q is losing sales.  Wait till next quarter.

I disagree. I think Rick asks them questions to eat on the gourmet shows and on others because he doesn't have knowledge of the products. Pay close attention and you will pick up on his strategies etc.

Agree 100%. Definitely rude to customers and it's not because he's good at his job. He also talks way too fast, he even trips over his own tongue. I can hardly understand him.  And that "love, love, love" it gets on my last nerve. Even the other hosts/vendors say it now
