Ive never in about 25 years of shopping had a bad experience with a returned item.  They're always pristine.  I'm glad to get them, especially when I really., really wanted the item.  Don't mind getting a return at all.

I ordered a couple of Tignanello purses around Christmas and 1 was clearly used, scratched and smelled of perfume stench. I send them both back, as the perfume on the one purse made the other purse stink too.

About a day later, an "as is" of the same bag became available and I decided to take a chance, as it was much cheaper than the full price. The "as is" bag was in better condition than the full price bag..brand new, all the tags, no scratches, no stench.

l've recieved several returns as new over the years.Mostly clothing items. Each time I called customer service the return shipping fee was always waived.Once I got a used handbag. When I opened up the purse there were personal items inside which included a work i.d.! When I called c.s. the lady told me that a woman had called a few days prior advising that she accidentally  left the items in the purse!! Once I even got a worn pair of shoes!!

I pay for first quality items. That is what I'd like to receive!!

I am so very disappointed- my mom loves QVC and ordered me an air fryer for my birthday, I went to use it and it clearly was a broken, previously returned item that they shipped out again. What a bunch of ******!

Every retailer puts returned items back on the shelf, not just Q.   I object only if it's clearly dirty (stains, deodorant marks, and such) or damaged.  I wash everything before I wear it.

They need to inspect items before shipping.  Some returns are not suitable to resell.

I've been in better B&M stores when the item I returned was back on the rack before I left the store!  No different!

I think when they are charging the S&H they do the Q should make sure the return and AS IS items they sell are in like new condition. This nonsense of buying an as is shoe or purse and it's thrown into a box with a big AS IS sticker on it and the item has obviously been worn or used for weeks, is just criminal. The discount is really not all that much and you still pay S&H. My last AS IS shoe purchase cured me.
