RETURNS NOT PICKED UP AT UPS FACILITY FOR TWO DAYS!

I am so frustrated with QVC! I returned five items, using the QVC label, and they sat at the UPS facility for two days before ANY movement began! Six days later and they are still in transit. I called customer service and received the usual response - will send a letter to corporate, it was the fault of UPS, it takes 12 days for a return, and on and on. I informed her that I returned an item to HSN the same day at the same facility and I already received credit for the item on my credit card 6 days after dropping it off at the UPS facility. Therefore, it was not the fault of UPS. She then proceeded to state it is their policy to allow 12 days for returns and yet 6 days later the items are still in transit. I certainly hope that my returns will therefore be processed in 6 days!
