I DON'T find that TRUE at all. I make and eat HEALTHY food using fresh ingredients for a LOT LESS than what QVC sells for their UNHEALTHY, OVERPRICED food.

What I have found eating healthy was that it was costly,  much more prep time and cleanup time - AND - maybe almost sort of ok and a bit almost sort of ok  tasting at times but mostly boring and took getting used to so just not worth it and I was no healthier!    These are my real observations on eating healthy for at least a year and a half.  I cannot imagine how anyone can eat healthy for less money and have good tasting variety without spending more and wasting time on prep and cleanup!  Plus eating what is considered "not healthy" off and on occasionally is not going to shorten your life!  Everyone I  know who are fanatics about avoiding all supposed unhealthy food/ingredients indulge in a lot of wine * probably to get through the boring food) so there is that also!!!

And MY observations are EXACTLY what I posted. As I stated, I eat HEALTHY, and I eat a VARIETY of foods, and I DON'T waste time on prep and clean up. Your comment about the wine is ridiculous and NOT true,
