Qvc please address time frame shipping. Amazon fine example of expediting orders in a timely manner. Every single order shipped day ordered. Plus! Free shipping.

It's unfair to compare QVC to other retailers who ship.  Q's operation is a lot more complex since they're also operating 3, 24/7 TV stations.   I often get Amazon packages which were not shipped the same day, vendor shipped items.

There's no comparison between the Q and Amazon.  There's no comparison between Macy's and the Q or Macy's and Amazon.

How can you even start to compare?

The Q doesn't stock 100% of what they sell.  There are food items that come directly from the vendor, there are similar mattress orders, pillow orders etc.  I would hope that Q branded clothing comes from their warehouse.

I would think the Q stands on their own, they are not advertising fast shipping nor have they ever promoted that,

I'm sure someone from the Q will have a similar answer but you are asking for something that doesn't exist nor will it ever unless the Q revamps their entire system.

@Sweet_SerenityI know Amazon is speedy, but for what I've bought, the shipping was not free.  It was included in my Prime membership when I had one.  I quit that when I realized, I didn't truly want the videos and music, disliked a huge percentage of the free books they offered -  and that given the cost of Prime and how few items I ordered, each shipment cost me about $11.00 -   way above what I spend at QVC for what I buy.

I read somewhere that the average Amazon customer spends about $1200 each year.  I spend more than that at QVC and in all of 2016, I spent less on S&H than the $99 cost of having Prime.  I'm sure it depends upon what you buy, but for me, QVC works and the 4-5 days it takes for my packages to arrive is fine with me,  I don't much care to spend more to get them faster.

Everyone has opinion, My question valid. Qvc sales are hurting. Amazon sales including prime are strong and continue to be.

I would be happy with 4-5 days. It's 10 days or more for me. I'm sick of it. I'm also tired of the excuse that QVC runs TV 24-7. It's their job. They have chosen slow shipping options so they can make money off shipping and handling. Amazon has many more products, PRODUCES MOVIES AND TV SHOWS, streams music and books and TV. It also works with zillions of vendors, and has a much better website than QVC. PLUS the Q sends out the wrong product and requires you to send it back before they ship the replacement. Amazon ships it immediately. I ordered something on May 15, when 10 days passes I received the wrong item. Took it back the same day and it's still not even showing up in tracking. I went to the post office, they said the qvc carrier picked it up......MAYBE in a month I'll get my item. In the meantime I'm out $249 and QVC has my money. Nickel and dimeing on delivery to make money off shipping is NOT a sustainable business model. Unless there's nowhere else to get it, QVC is my last choice. They need a wake-up call.
