There's plenty of time for silly questions. Who needs to know the inseam of a pair of pants, or the length of a maxi dress.

Couldn't agree more!  It seems to me that QVC and it's hosts seem to forget they are there to present items and give all the product info that viewers need to make a purchase.  These silly questions and other juvenile activities take away from that.

To the poster that asked if it would make a difference if other hosts did the same as Shawn.  No, it wouldn't and too many of them ask silly nonsense questions, but this was a low that equals the times Shawn was selling Poo Pourri and talked about Joe and the bathroom and pretending to use the epilator on her armpits..

just wondering... to all who think Shawn should do away with the "silly" questions during her show, would you feel differently if it was another host perhaps, who was the one asking those questions? is it only because you dislike Shawn therefore you don't like it? it made me wonder because there are many non-Shawn fans in these forums. personally, I think the questions are just fun and make us think of our own answers.

@freakygirl

I don't care which host asked the question.  It was tacky & tasteless.

You too

ha @febe1 right!  Skip all of the actual product info for silly stuff.  I'm sure it is indeed related to a promotion but I am always glad when I read these things that I have missed a  show where this sort of thing happens.

Of course for the  most part, and just my own opinion, but I skip shows hosted by people who annoy me.  I may "miss" out on some product but usually I can live w/o it AND why should I let myself become agitated.

That pretty much cuts out about 3/4 of QVC programming for me these days.

You took thecwords right out of my mouth!

I like fun questions as much as the next person, but this question tells me it's time to move beyond Shawn's question of the day and drop the whole idea??  I mean, come on.....

I guess this is not just a question, this is some kind of promotion, they will sell tomorrow new product for smell issue ( check Shawn Facebook). This is all relate to sell.

Oh, I missed this post. I saw that on the Today show. You're probably right since they are glove sticks to eliminate smells. My apologies to Shawn if she didn't come up with this brilliant question. Then she should grow a pair and tell QVC she looks like an idiot!! That's just the most disgusting thing ever. So juvenile QVC.

Shawn was on a roll this a.m. Before the weird, non fun question she got caught in a fib. Isaac asked her how she liked the gold sandals she ordered from him a couple of weeks ago. She replies that she never got them. That they must have gotten rerouted. What?! Does that sound like a great selling point, that your order could get rerouted. What does rerouting even mean?

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.

[ Edited ]

This has become Shawns style.  It has nothing to do with a future promo of anything. She just wants to gab ,maybe it makes her feel friendly or important ,I don't know I use to love watching her,she was  good at selling, but not any more.

That is what I posted about yesterday and my post got zapped in 2 minutes.I was not cruel or mean in my post.I just stated that Shawn talks too much about other  things and doesn't give out the info on the item we are looking to buy ,and then the time runs out and we have no info. She is not prepared to sell her item and dosn't know the correct colors.I mentioned in other posts here that 2x I bought  the wrong color item because Shawn was not prepared with the correct color names. One was D&Co pants she insisted were called indigo ,but were really green!  It can be seen by all in the tape of these items!

It's not the first time she's been caught in a fib!
