I believe this has been discussed here before, but does anyone out there send back multiple items in one box but only use one pre-paid return label (assuming of course, that the return labels on all the items have the same address)?

I bought 3 clothing items last weekend and of course, none of them work.  To avoid being out $21 (!!) to send all 3 back I want to stuff them all in the same package and use one label.  They each came in different packages but I scrutinized each of the return labels and they are the same post office box, same zip code, etc.

Yes, I use one box or bag and one label.

I have done it numerous times.  I do always try and place some kind of notice on the front of the package stating how many separate orders are enclosed but can't say I have always remembered to do that.

 

As long as the return address is the same (and since they are all clothing in your case that would be pretty likely) I have so far not had any problems doing so.  In case you want to be extra vigilant, give CS a call once you ship and let them know that you did send multiple items back in one box (or envelope) and which they were so they can make a note of it on your account.

 

With shipping what it is these days and QVC no longer refunding original shipping, if they want us to still purchase here then they should at least accept multiple returns in one box.  It is certainly less wasteful than the way they do it by only shipping one item per even if there is plenty of room for additional items. As I said though, so far it has not been an issue for me and I have received proper credit for all.

As long as they are the same type of item (ie all clothing etc) you may return them in the one package and pay one returned label fee. Hope that helps!

I would suggest you check it all out to see if you've been refunded everything. I have to call CS about two items I returned and only one is showing canceled.

Gosh, @Beth-QVC, you are very fast. I got an email from Barb in CS, and she apologized and said she would refund my other cancelation refund immediately.
