Only if I really like an item and it's about to sell out in my size or color.

Not at all.  I don't like to feel rushed. If it truly sells out, then I wasn't meant to have it.

It does not cause me to purchase, but I have been known to take a second look to see if I missed something. I cannot remember ordering even after a second look.

@aj1980 Not usually. However, if it is an item I have been eyeing, many times the TSV, and it is in limited quantities or I can see it has sold out in many sizes and/or colors, yes, it is helpful. I will then place the order and have always been happy I did.

But, more often than not, I don't even "hear" how many are left or sold. It doesn't interest me and I am usually busy doing something around the house, it doesn't stop me in my tracks and entice me to buy.

No. I only shop online so I have no idea of the quantity being sold.
