I have had problems with shipping and delivery and other things, however QVC's quality, overall, remains good.  If they have an item that is of poor quality they cheerfully give refunds or replacement.  Nothing is perfect.

I would agree. I haven't seen a drastic drop in quality, however, there are a few concerning things going on. First, the good things- I've bought several D&C items during the last year and they were all top quality. Also have bought Isaac Mizrahi items and Susan Graver. I didn't buy Susan Graver items til this year and they have been very good quality. And I don't wear cheap clothing, so I think I know what a quality item looks like. I have never gotten an item I didn't order or a wrong color.

The bad: Today I cannot get QVC on a local channel (antenna). So now I stream, but today, it kept buffering and now there is no broadcasting on QVC or QVC2. I have also noticed a moderate to extreme increase in prices. I'm assuming that is because of the pandemic and a lack of truck drivers. If I don't see the prices go down in the next year, I may have to send more of my money to Amazon. By the way, I always compare prices, and QVC prices are not always the best, except on TSV. QVC usually does beats everyone's prices and the add-ons.  I could talk about shipping as well, but most of it is probably out of QVC's control

I agree that prices have gone up...way up!  Also I have never found it appealing to have to pay to try on clothing.  Shipping and handling should be free coming and going.

  • It depends on the line, while some have maintained a high quality level some have declined in quality probably in an effort to keep prices down but I'm not buying clothes that are already not competitive in price and even Wal-Mart has better quality
Some lines are going in the wrong direction and $3 off the QVC price doesn't excite me either
And all the clothing lines look alike these days
  •  More  variety in styles are needed, you can't tell one clothing designer from another... 😒

I agree that the prices have  gone up, especially on food items. And the food quality has gone down on several suppliers. Come on $15. & up per pound for hamburgers, no way.

The good thing is QVC will credit you if you call them.

one item I bought was the pretzel wrapped mini sausages & pretzel wrapped cheese balls. Got them for snacks for my card club. The mini sausages were just ok nothing special. But the cheese balls had NO cheese inside, they were just soggy. I called & they refunded 1/2 my order.

Next time I'll get Hormel smokies & biscuit dough at local store & make my own.
