Quality control issue in the Shipping Dept....

I am very upset at the shipping issues I have experienced in the last 2 weeks.

Needless to say I have ordered quite a bit over these last few weeks only to have 3, yes 3 shipping issues!!!

The first was I ordered 2 pair of Denim & Co jean pedal pushers in 2 different colors. When they arrived they were the wrong size. So I called, sent them back for the correct size, only to receive 1 pair today and a pair of Susan Graver crop pants bought by a lady in Indiana!!! I live in Michigan. Seriously? They actually shipped this lady's pants to me. The invoice has all her info on it, but the outside shipping label is to me. Not cool.

So that was 2 issues with the "same" item.

Next is I ordered a short sleeve cardigan from Denim & Co in pale yellow. When it arrived, it had a nasty dark gray blotch in the fabric. Not only on the front but on the back as well!!!

What the heck?? Who is letting this stuff happen!!!???

Q I am not happy!!!!!
