She spends half her time apologizing to her tribe because after almost a year she still hasn't figured out how to order her items. She's so worried that she might be stuck with a few things that she's always always always saying "I'm sorry, I'll call Italy tomorrow and try to get more". She must have a whopper of a long distance phone bill.

It is amazing-amazing  how your enthusiasm for this woman remains so strong. If she hasn't hired you for something already,she should!  

     In my opinion,if she really knew what worked,and her sales were huge,she would already be the face of something besides her little daily internet sales boutique and her Facebook chats.  But again,just my opinion.
