I never order from QVC anymore because of their incompetence and the quality seems to be diminishing, but I did order a Doll10 foundation set. I just looked at my account and they charged me for two and they show that I had two orders. I called Customer Service and they told me what I must do to send back! I informed them that I would not be charged any shipping coming or going, and I also informed them that they have completely ruined QVC! They are the worst mail order company that I have ever come up against... And they used to be the best!
For 30 years I ordered at least $300 worth of merchandise from them per month and was always extremely happy with what came to my house.
I will never order another thing from them! I do not appreciate the quality of hosts and presenters, I believe that quality has taken a beating and prices have gone up!
Goodbye QVC!

@Gkhm Sorry you had that delivery experience, but not all of us longtime big spenders have been there. I've done plenty of stupid things on my computer recently, but even those errors have not given me terrible shipping or quality from QVC.
Be careful what you wish for- any of us old enough to have shopped one company for over 30 years are not without many experiences. I am now a shopper with few needs and fewer wants, but I am also one who is hoping QVC and other businesses I have used for even longer find ways to survive.

@Gkhm. It's strange that one person has so many gripes while, until recently, I averaged 25 to 30 orders a month with no problem whatsoever.
You didn't have to tell the CS rep you wouldn't pay return shipping as she/he knew that. It also wasn't necessary to rudely make declarations to the same person who had nothing to do with filling your order. Did it occur to you that perhaps you brushed a key and accidently ordered two, or are you infallible? Those numbers don't change without human intervention.
Goodbye Gkhm.

So after 30 years of a high number of orders "with which you are extremely happy" you lose your cookies because they mess up an order and you don't like the programming. And you go ballistic. Perhaps you feel better after posting your rant .......

I just did one of my monthly Shop and Share Surveys and one of the questions pertained to how many orders placed during a time frame, I nearly fell over when I counted them up! LOL! Hope DH finds the answer funny too...but after all it included the holidays!
I have to think that as many orders as are processed for both purchases and returns, I think QVC does a good job. I've only had a couple of errors over the 35+ years I've been buying from them-and I probably contributed to the issue causing the errors. QVC's customer service team is great, anyone that deals with the public like they do needs to be treated like gold because that is exactly what they are. To many they are QVC-the friendly voice on the other end of the phone and they deserve a medal for the job they do. I supervised a call center at one time, it is not an easy job. (and it was nasty, it was for Verizon! LOL)

I recently got an order delivered to me that was not mine. I live in FL and the order was for someone who lives in GA. It was for a pair of Dennis Basso pants. It was actually my size, but was the ugliest print! Of course I let QVC know and sent them back. Not everyone would have done that - I bet some might have kept them. Mistakes happen. What was weird was that the order was sealed in a white plastic mailing bag, inside another white plastic mailing bag, both with my name and address on it.
All that being said, I have had a lot of returns lately, due to fit and quality. I am wasting too much money on returns. From now on I am going to stick to the styles and brands that I already know will work for me. No trying anything new because it is just too risky. That plus the increased pricing is making it easier to just tell myself to pass.

I recently ordered an Isaac skirt and received a Graver cardigan in my size but it is a print. So, that's a no-go for me. I'll just send it back. I didn't call them and throw a fit on someone that just takes calls and probably doesn't have anything at all to do with actual shipping.
Maybe getting the wrong thing is a sign that I don't really need the skirt.

Maybe I am just totally confused by the whole thing, but if you only received one, how does returning that one fix being charged for two?
