QVC yuo are driving me crazy!

I ordered the smileactives TSV about 2 weeks ago or so and they said the delivery date would be November 19th. Have been checking on the status and it still had'nt even been shipped.  Today I received an email from QVC telling me that my TSV has shipped (on November 22nd) and the the delivery date is stil November 19th! UGGGGGGGGG

Have you read the complaints under customer care?  After all these years, they lost me as a customer.I. Poor delivery, poor service and no quality in most of the products.

I can't imagine who or "what" is in charge of shipping and the computer dept. The entire Q site and system is a joke!!
