I just want to see if anyone else is having this problem with QVC's website. When on the forums, the website locks up for me whenever I click from one topic to the other, or open a topic. I get a tiny pop-up at the bottom of my screen that says "website is not responding." I takes up to 20 seconds for each page to load. Sometimes, it doesn't load at all and it boots me out of QVC. This has been going on for me for about 2-3 weeks.
I have 2 other browsers loaded in my computer and I've tried accessing QVC in those other browsers too. Same problem no matter which browser I use. It's very frustrating and time consuming.
Also, sometimes when I click out of one topic to read a different topic, I have to log in again. When that happens, I just leave the website.
Anyone else having this problem? or is it just my computer?

NOPE!
Are you using a Mac or Windows?
Your OS current?
Have you tried restarting your computer?
Are all your browsers up to date?
Are you having the same issues on other sites?

No, but I am haveing all sorts of other problems with different areas on this site.

@tototwo When you have such problems it usually helps to switch to a different browser, at least temporarily.

Have you tried rebooting your computer, modem, and router (if you have one) lately?

Yes, I too have had the page
Lock up at times so that it won't scroll.

Yes. As I stated in my first post, I've used 3 different browsers. I've rebooted and cleaned my computer countless times. I usually clean my computer and then reboot first thing every morning. For me, it's just on QVC. No other websites that I visit regularly have this problem.
Oh well. Guess it's just my problem. Thanks for responding.

I have been having problems on here (and other sites) for days now. My computer is updated, clear of viruses, and has been rebooted.
I believe it's the unusual amount of traffic on here from people being home. My husband also believes that the internet is slow in general because there are so many people working from home. I know Verizon stopped by last week to say that they are putting up new poles/wires to accomadate the high demand.
That's probably what's going on for you as well, depending on where you live and how many people are around you.

@tototwo @Mz iMac I Always have problems with Q's website! Mainly use Apple iPad, but even with the desktop it's SLOW. Very frustrating, and only happens with QVC site/forums - other websites are fine. 🤷♀️
