I ordered a bracelet a few days ago for my daughters birthday I paid extra and it still is in process .I just called customer service and she got no where even though I told her about paying extra it was almost like her saying tough! U needed this for tommorrow now I have no idea what I am going to do.She tells me I should get it on the 31st! I said thean why charge extra if you are going to ship it faster she gave me no answer
