QVC sent the wrong size not once, but twice!

Back in December when A228570, the Orthaheel slippers were the TSV I ordered them in black size 6. Well QVC sent me a size 8 instead. I called CS to reorder my size in black, but since they didn't have them in stock I ordered another color and put the black on waitlist. I received notification the other day that the black size 6 shipped. Ha, today I received them and once again they sent me a size 8! Very aggravating to now have to send these back again. What the heck is wrong with the people who send the products out!
