Definitely, no longer a baby 👶 today is my niece's 5th birthday. She's a sweet, beautiful, little girl. I feel bad, her party had to be cancelled, but, life happens and her parents, had decided, a while back, it was too risky. 
Her day is off to a great start, and. She'll have fun, just more quietly!
