I do not like the change to online for Inside Q.  There is far less information offered. TSVs are seldom mentioned in advance and there is no opportunity to order them early.  

In addition, this change assumes every one of their customers or potential customers has a computer or that every customer who has a computer also has a printer. This new policy discriminates largely against senior citizens. Originally Inside Q was offered for a nominal fee...I believe it was around $12.00 a year. I had no problem with that.  Then they changed it to free....and that was a pleasant surprise. Now it is an inconvience to have to view it online and print a copy, if you're able.

Bottom line...I find I'm watching and purchasing far less often since Inside Q was moved to online availability only

Same old stuff....multiple presentations for items that many are tired of seeing.
